How it works, step by step

From choosing an urn that fits, to the moment one simple scan brings you right back to your pet. Below, we walk you calmly through every step.

    Step 1 of 3 · Choose

    Choose the right urn or memorial stone

    Choose between the Classic Urn, with room for your pet’s ashes, or the Memorial Stone, a quiet alternative without ashes. Both are handmade from ceramic, in beige or green, and every piece is unique.

    The Classic Urn comes in two sizes: large (2000 ml) for pets up to approx. 45 kg, and small (1200 ml) for pets up to approx. 20 kg. The Memorial Stone has a fixed size of 16 x 16 cm and comes with a stand, so you can place it anywhere.

    Not sure about the size? Every product shows which weight it suits: small up to approx. 20 kg, large up to approx. 45 kg. Still not sure? Feel free to get in touch.

    Step 2 of 3 · Create

    Create your personal memory

    After delivery, simply scan the QR paw print on the urn or memorial stone. You’ll then enter our software, where you can upload your favourite photos and videos of your pet and combine them into a personal memory video.

    Feel free to take your time with this. You don’t have to finish your memory in one go, and can always continue later.

    Good to know

    You can always edit your memory. Simply log back in via our software (for example via Log in at the top of our website) to add or remove photos and videos, or adjust your memory.

    Step 3 of 3 · Relive

    Scan the QR paw print and relive the memories

    Is your memory ready? Scan the QR paw print with your phone’s camera and your personal memory video opens right away.

    No app or password is needed to view it. So you can go back to the best moments with your pet whenever you like. Family, friends, or visitors can easily scan the QR paw print too, and watch the memory video.

    Good to know

    Do you make changes to your memory later? The QR paw print stays exactly the same. The latest version of your memory can be viewed via the same QR code.
