Shipping costs and destinations
Shipping within the Netherlands and the rest of Europe is always free. We only ship outside Europe in exceptional cases; shipping costs apply then, and any customs duties and import charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times
Within the Netherlands and Europe, delivery usually takes 2 to 10 business days. For the rare orders outside Europe, this usually takes 5 to 15 business days. All stated delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. We do our best to have your order delivered as quickly as possible, but we are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Ownership and risk during shipping
Once we hand a product over to the carrier, ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer to you. If your order arrives damaged or something is missing, please contact us right away so we can assess it and put things right.
